Welcome to my website.
Painting is my passion and my work is about capturing the pure essence of a subject.
I feel a connection with the earth and ocean which is why most of my work is inspired by seascapes and landscapes.
I find the ocean inspiring to paint, with it's many moods and colours.
Whereas Still Life for me is about making the subject come alive and painting that special moment on canvas or pastel paper.
My camera is an extension of my passion and represents another important way I'm able to seize unique situations as references for creating a painting.
